Our story
Meet the Hearts Behind Fluffy Cupcake Puppy’s
Our names are Claudia and Davy, and our Frenchies are the great loves of our lives. Originally from the Netherlands, our family followed our dreams and immigrated to Romania. Here, we live on a beautiful 5-hectare estate, providing a spacious and serene environment that allows us to pursue our passion for breeding French Bulldogs to the highest standards.
Breeding is a true family affair at Fluffy Cupcake Puppy’s. We work together to ensure every dog and puppy receives the best possible start in life. Together with our family, we are dedicated to providing 24/7 care and attention to our furry members. We are incredibly grateful for this shared passion; it is through our collective love that each puppy is raised with joy. While we are based in Romania, we continue to serve our clients in the Netherlands, and reservations are welcome from both locations.

The French Bulldog breed has truly stolen our hearts. They are renowned for their wonderful character—affectionate, friendly, and deeply social. Beyond their loyalty, they are incredibly entertaining; their playful personalities bring laughter to our home every day.
Our Commitment to Health & Quality
Before beginning this journey, we conducted extensive research into the breed. We recognized that certain health aspects needed improvement, and this has become the cornerstone of our breeding program.
We prioritize health without compromising on beauty:
Respiratory Health: Our Frenchies feature improved muzzles with beautiful, open nostrils.
Structural Integrity: We focus on longer backs, avoiding “bulging” eyes, and ensuring longer tails to reduce the risk of spinal issues.
Genetic Excellence: We carefully select which bloodlines complement each other to ensure health and vitality.
Unique Aesthetics: We specialize in rare and stunning color lines, including Isabella Tan, Blue Tan, Lilac & Tan, and Merle Tan.
Our goal is simple: to produce puppies that meet strict health guidelines while possessing a unique, breathtaking appearance.
A Happy Environment
Environment is key to a dog’s well-being. Our dogs enjoy an expansive, well-maintained play area on our Romanian estate, where they can socialize and play freely. Claudia and Davy believe that a happy living space results in a happy, well-adjusted dog.

Please Note: We operate on a small, exclusive scale with only a few litters per year. This remains a loving hobby for us, and as such, we often work with a waiting list or advanced reservations.
